Karly Alexander

Karly began her TNR journey in Houston during the summer of 2023, where she quickly recognized the effectiveness of the method but faced challenges in securing vouchers. Upon moving to Nacogdoches for school, she encountered a town struggling with feline overpopulation. Discovering a local humane society's TNR program, she collaborated with them and was encouraged to form her own group. Over the past nine months, Karly has devoted herself to TNR efforts, driven by her deep belief in this humane approach to controlling cat populations.

Tanner Haynes

Tanner, inspired by his partner Karly's passion for TNR, learned about the practice and its straightforward approach to controlling feline populations. Together, they co-founded the TNR organization, with Tanner contributing to the trapping efforts and broader organizational goals. He envisioned expanding the group's impact by partnering with local low-cost animal service clinics and establishing a student workshop branch. This branch aims to equip pre-vet students at SFA with essential veterinary skills, enhancing both the organization’s outreach and educational impact.
